About
Founded July 2, 1964, the Wisconsin Latvian Cultural Foundation (WILVCF) was first known as the Latvian House of Milwaukee, Inc. Our Lynx Avenue building was built in 1969 and served the local Latvian-American community until 2020. WILVCF continues its mission relying on its endowment and donations as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (pending approval).  WILVCF offers scholarships to Latvian cultural and educational programs. Individuals and organizations can apply for grant funding to organize programs or events that align with our mission and purpose.
